Her passion for AI began when she saw firsthand how technology could level the playing field for small contractors competing against larger companies. Jennifer recognized that the trades industry was being left behind in the AI revolution, and she was determined to change that.
With her deep understanding of the challenges facing trades professionals and her expertise in digital transformation, Jennifer co-founded JustStart AI to create a community where contractors could learn, connect, and thrive in the age of artificial intelligence.
Stephanie Allen
Co-Founder & CEO, AirWorks Solutions
Stephanie Allen brings a unique perspective to JustStart AI as both a successful business owner and an AI advocate. As the CEO of AirWorks Solutions, she has built and scaled a thriving HVAC business, giving her firsthand experience with the challenges and opportunities facing trades professionals.
Stephanie's journey into AI began when she started implementing AI tools in her own business and saw dramatic improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. She realized that many of her peers in the trades industry were missing out on these transformative technologies simply because they didn't know where to start.
Driven by a desire to help other business owners succeed, Stephanie partnered with Jennifer to create JustStart AI – a community dedicated to making AI accessible and actionable for the trades industry.
Why We Started
The trades industry has always been the backbone of our communities. Plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, contractors – these are the people who keep our homes comfortable and safe. Yet, when the AI revolution began, this vital industry was being left behind.
We saw contractors struggling with outdated processes while tech companies focused on enterprise solutions. We watched small business owners work 80-hour weeks because they didn't have access to the automation tools that could give them their lives back.
That's why we created JustStart AI.
Our mission is simple: to democratize AI for the trades industry. We believe that every contractor, regardless of their technical background or company size, should have access to the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the age of artificial intelligence.

The Vision
Jennifer Bagley and her team started building the first version of AI for the trades industry, before ChatGPT launched.
JustStart AI Community Launched
Just Start AI community launched. Google started losing market share to AI Search engines. Jennifer's company started developing AI marketing tools for the trades.
Rapid Growth
The community grows to 600+ members, with 8,000+ podcast downloads and partnerships with leading AI companies. Jennifer's Company CI Web Group launched the first AI Marketing for the Trades technology, building over 3000 AI Agents, and started building CI Conductor - MCP for the trades.
The Future
Expanding our reach to help 10,000+ contractors embrace AI and transform their businesses. Jennifer's company launches AI tools for Distributors. Ferguson and The Builder Market become major sponsors for JustStartAI.
