Eligibility

Booking & Payment

Training and consulting services are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing is based on the configuration selected at the time of booking. Payment terms will be provided in your service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled sessions for virtual training, and 14 days before in-person engagements. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Results Disclaimer

While we strive to provide valuable training and consulting, results may vary based on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are owned by JustStart AI or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTSTART AI, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
